The title of my article was The Leadership Motivation Assessment.  The article actually contained a short test to see how your leadership skills rate.  The key point this article hits on is wither you actually have the motivation to lead people.  The test included fourteen questions such as, if you get energized when someone counts on you for ideas, or if you find pleasure in being a convincing person.  At the end it assesses your score through points, 14-27 = low motivation to lead, 28-55 = uncertainty over your motivation to lead, and finally 56-70 = implies strong motivation to lead.  In my workplace leadership is very key to being an effective teacher.  So have the motivation to lead will help us be leaders to the students each and every day.
